Forward to the Roots.

Witchburn is the first new distillery to be established in Campbeltown in decades. The site, once used by the US Navy SEALs, is now being transformed into a modern distillery with a clear goal: to produce a genuine Campbeltown make – fruity, rich and complex, as it made the region’s whiskies famous around the world.

Planning permission has been granted and construction work is well underway. The distillery equipment has already been fully manufactured and delivered to Campbeltown, and the buildings are ready for final completion.

For the final construction phase on site, we are offering up to 20 investors the opportunity to secure a 1% equity stake – a unique and limited chance to become part of the creation of a new Scotch whisky distillery and to take a lasting place in the annals of Scotch whisky history.

It will take only a few more months to install the equipment and commence production once this final round of funding has been completed.

This is a rare opportunity to have your name tied to a Scotch whisky distillery — the first new distillery in Campbeltown for decades. With an investment of £300,000, you acquire 1% of Witchburn Distillery and become a registered, true co-owner.

From the very first spirit runs, your share becomes tangible: each shareholder receives 4 casks per year — 20 within the first five years — of original Witchburn new make spirit, including limited makes reserved for this circle. You also receive bottlings reserved strictly for founders — included as part of the programme. After five years, you may choose to exit with a guaranteed buyback of £400,000 — or continue the journey and remain part of the story you helped create, with your name becoming part of Witchburn’s story.
